Broken Clover is a booth rental shop. Choose daily percentage, weekly, or monthly rental to fit your schedule and commitment level. A full month costs less than four weekly rentals; longer monthly terms do not earn an additional discount.

Booth rental is our foundation. We also offer a daily percentage arrangement for artists who want a lower-commitment way to work in the shop.
Daily percentage
For artists who want to work selected days without taking on a weekly or monthly commitment. The daily percentage is based on that day’s earnings, with the arrangement and cap set in advance.
Weekly booth rental
A fixed weekly arrangement for artists who want a predictable place to work while keeping their commitment flexible from one rental cycle to the next. Standard weekly rent is $340.
Monthly booth rental
A steady home base for artists ready to be part of the shop on a regular schedule. Standard month-to-month booth rent is $1,200, a better rate than repeating weekly coverage.
